PRIVACY POLICY

What we know, and what we never do with it.

Version 2026-06-11 · Beta

I WHAT WE COLLECT

  • Sign-in email. Your identity on the Service is your verified email address, authenticated by our access provider when you sign in.
  • Gameplay records. Your stable, horses, race entries and results, breeding history, simulated-currency balance, and in-game actions.
  • Things you write. Stable and horse names, feedback posts, and comments.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser, and request logs, collected by us and by the infrastructure providers that serve the site (such as Cloudflare) for security and operations.
  • Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist on our landing page: your email address, and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit signup abuse.
  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: page views, events (such as joining the waitlist), and the device/browser data Google Analytics standardly collects.
  • Acceptance records. Which version of the legal bundle you accepted, and when.

II WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

No payment details (the beta sells nothing). No precise location. No contact lists. No advertising networks on the Service, and we never sell your data.

III HOW WE USE IT

To run the game: resolve your identity to your stable, simulate and record races, and keep your progress. To keep play fair: rate-limiting, anti-abuse, and investigating exploits or multi-account farming. To communicate with you about the beta. To understand how the Service is used, in aggregate. To secure and debug the Service.

IV WHAT OTHER PLAYERS CAN SEE

Racing is public by design: race results, participating horses, and stable identity are visible to other players, and the game's discovery layer deliberately hides each horse's inner numbers from everyone, including you. We never display your email address to other players.

V WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Infrastructure providers that host and protect the Service (such as Cloudflare and our server host) and Google as our analytics provider, each under their own privacy commitments. Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data, full stop.

VI COOKIES

The Service uses cookies needed to operate (an authentication cookie from our access provider when you sign in, and it may use a session cookie for play state), plus Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) used to measure site usage. There are no advertising cookies.

VII RETENTION

We keep gameplay data while the Service operates and your account is active. Beta data may be adjusted or reset where integrity requires it. Legal-acceptance records and security logs are retained as long as we need to demonstrate compliance and protect the Service. If you ask us to delete your account data, we will, except where we are required to keep specific records.

VIII YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the channels provided with your beta access and we will verify the request comes from the account holder before acting. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional statutory rights (such as the EU or UK), we honor those.

IX CHILDREN

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

X CHANGES

This policy is versioned with the rest of the legal bundle. Substantive changes bump the version and the updated policy is published here. Acceptance is always recorded against the current version, and for material changes we may require re-acceptance before continued play.

XI CONTACT

Reach the team through the channels provided with your beta access. A dedicated contact email will be published here before access opens beyond invited players.
