The terms of play.

Reignited Stables (“Reignited”, “we”, “us”) operates the Reignited Stables game and websites, including reignitedstables.com and its subdomains (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, claiming a stable, or playing, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Player Agreement (together, the “Terms”). The three documents are versioned together; the version you accepted is recorded with your account. If you do not agree, do not play.

Reignited Stables is in beta. All in-game currency is simulated, no purchases are offered, and features may appear, change, or be withdrawn behind feature flags at any time. We work to preserve your progress, but we may adjust or reset game state where a bug, exploit, or integrity issue requires it. The beta is provided free of charge.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service may be unavailable or restricted in some jurisdictions, and we may limit access by region. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

Your identity on the Service is your verified sign-in email. One account per person. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts, stables, and horses may not be sold, rented, or transferred outside features the game itself provides.

Horses, jockeys, skins, Embers, and every other in-game item or balance (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for play, not sold. During the beta, Virtual Items and Embers have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value outside the game, and exist only within the Service. We may rebalance game systems for fairness and game health; race results that have already run are never rewritten (see the Player Agreement's Integrity Protocol commitment).

Racing on the free competitive path is free to enter: no purchase is necessary to claim a starter stable or to race. Any prizes or rewards are funded and provided by the operator and labeled as such; they are not funded by player entry fees. The Service does not offer, accept, or facilitate wagering or betting of money or anything of value on race outcomes, and you agree not to use the Service for wagering.

Nothing in the Service is an investment, a security, or a financial product. Virtual Items do not produce income or yield, and you should not expect profit from holding them. If tradeable digital collectibles launch in the future, they will be game items intended for play; their features may change and game modes or the Service itself may be modified, sunset, or discontinued. Do not acquire anything in the Service as an investment.

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs or unintended behavior for advantage (report them through the channels provided with your beta access instead);
• operate multiple accounts, or farm free starter stables or rewards across identities;
• use unauthorized automation, scripts, or bots to play on your behalf beyond features the game provides;
• probe, overload, or attack the Service, or attempt to access other players' accounts or non-public data;
• use names or content that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or impersonating.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules, and remove ill-gotten progress. Egregious abuse may be terminated immediately.

You keep ownership of content you submit (such as stable names, horse names, and feedback). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service. Feedback and suggestions may be used freely without obligation to you.

The Service (including the game, simulation engine, world lore, art, names, and software) is owned by Reignited Stables or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for play under these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-interference. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent: it is a beta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reignited Stables will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the beta, that amount is zero).

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of the Terms, for legal or security reasons, or if the Service is discontinued. On termination your license to Virtual Items ends; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

We version these Terms. When we make a substantive change, the version number changes and the updated documents are published here. Acceptance is always recorded against the current version at gated actions (for example, claiming a stable), and for material changes we may require re-acceptance before continued play. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Talk to us first: most issues can be resolved through the channels provided with your beta access before anything formal is needed.
